Old Woking Liberal Democrats fight for improvements7.44.48pm GMT Sun 6th Feb 2005 Old Woking has no youth club or play areas for young people. Norman Johns our local Liberal Democrat spokesperson has been working with The Residents' Association and the community police officers for local improvements to stop anti-social behaviour. It is Surrey County Council who should provide Youth Clubs. Street lighting is missing or damaged in many locations and our roads and pavements are full of holes. A representative from the County Council Transport Team heard all our complaints at a public meeting in Old Woking last year. We have to ask "What has he done about them?" Norman Johns is still fighting on your behalf.
